Practic TCC is a Moscow-based non-profit organisation registered in 1988. It was the first Russian NGO created in the period of perestroika with the particular aim of developing professional services in strategic planning, management consulting, territorial and organisational development, training and marketing. It is a member of the Russian and Moscow Chambers of Commerce, the Union of Manufacturers of Oil and Gas Equipment and l'Association pour la Promotion Industrielle et Technologique.

Practic's mission is to assist government organisations and institutions, as well as corporations in designing and implementing development strategies aimed at raising efficiency of management of economic, financial, technological and human resources, improving competitiveness and leadership in local and international markets, maintaining sustainability of growth and self-modernisation, achieving an optimal balance within the triad "power - business - community".
